Transcendence: Annual Conference on OD, Change and Leadership

Transcendence is a platform to explore emerging paradigms of OD, Change and Leadership through showcasing transformative efforts accomplished by organisations and communities.

Our primary purpose is to promote and develop OD as a scientific discipline that makes a tangible difference to organisations and the world.

Transcendence has been successfully organised in 2017, 2018 and 2019. The next Transcendence will be held on February 3, 2024.
