1.   To engage with the system and work towards a child friendly implementation of the JJA (with special focus on CCL) work on issues related to 'Rehabilitation and Social integration' of children in society.

2.   To build capacities of JJS functionaries towards their effective functioning in the system.

3.   To generate knowledge and information on various aspects related to children in JJS.

4.   To establish a 'Documentation Center & Resource Unit' for JJS
