I am a mental health professional with over six years of experience in providing psychological support to diverse populations, including adolescents and adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied (Clinical) Psychology from Mumbai University and am also certified in couple & family therapy. My professional journey includes working with a TISS field action project, where I provided therapeutic support to clients with varied emotional and psychological needs. I have also worked within the IT industry, supporting employee wellbeing through counselling services, training programmes, and wellness workshops. I follow an eclectic and client-centred therapeutic approach, integrating trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, REBT, narrative therapy, and strength-based practices to address emotional and psychological distress. I support individuals experiencing academic and relationship challenges, emotional and behavioural difficulties, trauma-related concerns, and a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use. I strongly believe in shifting the narrative around clients—focusing on their strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth rather than viewing them as the problem. My work focuses on empowering individuals to heal and make meaningful changes in their lives with the right guidance and support. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and dancing.
