The Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, The Centre for Labour Studies, School of Management and Labour Studies (SMLS) & the School of Law, Rights & Constitutional Governance ( SLRCG), Tata Institute of Social Sciences is pleased to invite professionals from industry and academia to a Two-Day Certificate Programme on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, scheduled to be held from April 24 to 25, 2025, at the TISS Mumbai campus.

This Management Development Programme (MDP) is tailored to build the capacity of Internal Committee (IC) members, equip professionals to lead PoSH awareness initiatives and strengthen organisational compliance with the legal mandates of the PoSH Act, 2013. Participants will be certified as IC Members and gain legal and interdisciplinary insights, along with actionable tools to create safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaces.

We invite IC members, HR professionals, managers, legal experts, consultants, faculty, and administrators from academic and corporate sectors to participate in this important training Programme on PoSH.
