Objectives:

1. To work as a bridge between affected community and administration to raise address issues of concern in relief and rehabilitation through documentation
2. To facilitate people's processes and empower communities to negotiate with administration for realisation of  entitlements in recovery

Programmes:

1. Survey of affected families to document their concern and aspirations from recovery 
2. Conducting meetings with communities to identify and raise their concerns at recovery process 
3. Form a consortium at stakeholders involved in recovery process 
4. Work with district administration to create space for people to participate in decision making process
