Dr. Gajanan T. Hivale has completed Ph.d in English. He is self-directed, enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. Skilled in the design of challenging, enriching, and innovative activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students. He has taught in VJTI, Mumbai and NIT Goa. He has taught Communication Skills, Business English , Presentation and Communication Skills, Professional Communication Skills and Professional Ethics in CIPET Aurangabad, VJTI Mumbai and NIT Goa. He has delivered guest talks on Cracking the Selection Process, Group Discussion and Professional Communication Skills. He has conducted workshops on Attributes of Academic Writing, Interview Skills, Cracking the Selection Process and Professional Skills.
He was invited and participated in Ten Days International Faculty Development Program organized by Fo Guang University, under the Ministry of Education Southbound Policy Project ,Government of Taiwan held on 01 November 2024 to 10 November 2024.
*Organized One-Day Joint Workshop on the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, and its Amended Act of 2016. Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Tuljapur, in collaboration with the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute, Pune, Government of Maharashtra. The workshop brought together a diverse group of participants (385), including social workers, activists, police officials, law practitioners, academics, and students from the Latur, Dharashiv, and Solapur districts. The workshop's objective was to enhance awareness, understanding, and implementation of the Act to ensure better protection and justice for marginalized communities. (28.01.2025)

Project Overview: This research project aims to conduct a comprehensive baseline survey of communities affected by mining activities in Yavatmal District. The findings are expected to inform evidence-based policy interventions and sustainable development strategies tailored to the needs of these communities.
