Prof. Parasuraman , Director, TISS and Dr. Salhotra , Addl. Deputy Director General, Central TB Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , launched the Android Based Mobile Application developed by Saksham in the presence of Prof. Bharat , Deputy Director (Acad) Project Director, Saksham ,TISS and Dr. Shah, Deputy Executive Health Officer, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai during the first Annual Meeting of Saksham on March 14, 2017. This Android Based Application is named SAT-App (Saksham Against TB Application) and will facilitate seamless data aggregation and patient follow up.

Saksham Pravaah has developed an Android Based Application to record Real Time Data. The secures and confidential data is collected from the last mile and seamlessly aggregated from the 4 states to the head quarters of Saksham Pravaah at TISS . The application provides bio-metric registration for patients and supports Geo tagging of patients and counsellors .
The application also has a provision for sending automated SMS alerts to patients as a reminder strategy.
