Cut.in is a national-level student film festival organized by the School of Media and Cultural Studies (SMCS), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Currently, in its thirteenth edition, it is the longest-running students’ film festival in the country.

The national level event invites student filmmakers from across India to submit their work in different categories of fiction, documentary, animation and experimental media. Awards and citations will be given to the winners of each of these categories.
