Talk by Protiva Kundu:

Protiva Kindu is a development professional with over 10 years of experience in public policy analysis. She currently works as the Thematic Lead - Social Sectors at the Centre for Governance and Budget Accountability (CBGA), a think-tank based in New Delhi.  At CBGA, her work includes financing of education, public financing for women and children, gender-responsive budgeting in education, early childhood education and child protection. She has a PhD in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
