The Teaching and Learning Community (TALC) emerged as a response to the disruption to teacher
education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our talk focuses on the learnings as reported by the
members of TALC and our own action research on conceptualizing and operationalising this COP. We
analyse the social learning among the community of teacher educators through this virtual CoP and the
potential for adoption and diffusion of ideas from the lens of COP theory.
