Objectives

1. To discuss issues and challenges faced by police in maintaining professional ethics and accountability in day to day policing ;
2. To understand normative framework on ethics and accountability in other domain areas; and
3. To find out ways and means to enforce higher ethical standards and accountability framework in day to day policing.

Methodology:

The course will be conducted and delivered by a team of resource persons -academicians, field practitioners and experts from corporate and other domain areas. The course is designed keeping in mind a good mix of classroom inputs with group discussions, space for sharing of experiences, open discussions and interaction with students, faculty and practitioners.
