"We invite applications from school teachers for the UMANG Fellowship by the Center for Lifelong Learning, School of Social Work, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

This one-year, part-time fellowship aims to train and support school teachers to create joyful teaching and learning spaces. With a hybrid training mode, in-person sessions at TISS, and online sessions, selected teachers will gain state-of-the-art SEL frameworks and tools, mentorship, and a supportive community.

Who Should Apply:

•  Teachers passionate about mental health and social-emotional learning
•  Graduate/Bachelor’s degree holders with 3+ years of teaching experience
•  Fluent in Hindi (speaking) and English (reading/writing) 
•  Committed to transforming schools into great SEL spaces
