On 21 May, TISS Mumbai marked the beginning of a meaningful partnership between the School of Social Work (SSW) and We Care Brotherhood, an organisation working with Persons with Disabilities through a range of initiatives including film festivals, conferences, workshops and publications related to Inclusive Education.

An MoU was signed by Dr. Narendra Mishra (Officiating Registrar, TISS), and Mr. Satish Kapoor from We Care Brotherhood, in the presence of Prof. Bipin Jojo (Dean, SSW), Prof. Sandhya Limaye (Former chairperson, Centre for Disability Studies and Action (CDSA), retired), and Dr. Madhura Nagchoudhuri (CDSA,SSW).

This MoU strengthens the ongoing collaboration between CDSA, School of Social Work and We Care Brotherhood, paving the way for future initiatives in the areas of inclusion, accessibility and social justice.
