Programme Introduction – The approach towards CSR is undergoing a fundamental change. There is a pressing need for the organizations to look beyond corporate philanthropy. Increasingly, Strategic CSR is becoming central to the business process and overtime can help the organization build strategic competitive advantage. The new age business thinking calls for integrating CSR into the organizations’ day-to-day operations which will lead to utilizing CSR as a tool for sustainable economic and social value creation linked to SDG.

Objective and Outcome –

• To orient the business managers, especially the CSR professionals, on the emerging trends and perspectives of ‘Strategic CSR’
• To provide the participants an understanding of Strategic CSR as a source of sustainable value creation
• To facilitate the participants to draw Strategic CSR plan
