Notice Inviting Tender for Security Services for TISS Hyderabad campus

SEALED tenders in the two bid format (technical & commercial bid separately) are invited from reputed & registered security agencies and registered and recognized ex-servicemen welfare agencies to provide the security arrangements on the Tata Institute of Social Science Hyderabad Campus. The prescribed tender documents with scope of work can be obtained by a duly authorized representative of Tata Institute of Social Science, Hyderabad on any working day during the working hours 10:00 am to 5.00 pm (except between 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm) by paying Rs.500/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad. The issue of Tender documents would commence from 23rd August, 2016 and the last date of submission is 5th September, 2016 upto 4:00 pm. The tenders will be opened on 7th September, 2016 at 3:00 pm. For the downloaded tender document application fee has to be enclosed in the form of Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) payable at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad.

Total no of Security personnel: 17 to 20.

Daily hours: 12 hours x 2 shifts.

Bids received after the deadline will not be considered valid.

Bids mentioning the incorrect reference number will not be considered for opening.
