The Right to Education Forum (RTE Forum, Delhi), Council for Social Development (CSD, Delhi) and TISS Patna are jointly organising a Consultation on Baseline Survey of Out of School Children. The Baseline Survey was conducted in Bihta and Fatuha Blocks of Patna District, Bihar and Kurara and Maudaha Blocks of Hamirpur District, Uttar Pradesh. The Survey Report includes primary data on each and every household of 60 villages from both states with a focus on Girls' Education Scenario.
