The Incubation Center of TISS has recently concluded a Workshop for Trainers (a pool of potential Resource Persons) to conduct series of sessions for the college students of Bastar Region of Chhattisgarh to provide inputs on entrepreneurship and start-ups. This has been a part of the ongoing effort of TISS to support the District Administraion of the Bastar for the Incubation Centre set up at Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh) - THINK-B, to promote culture of entrepreneurship among the local youth. The participants were the senior faculty members of various academic institutes and univerisities. In the first phase of the Worskhop conducted on online mode the participants were provided with inputs to orient them towards the basic concepts and approaches to be adopted. In the second phase, at the in-person Workshop at Jagdalpur, detailed inputs were provided with a live case study, to strengthen the effort of training and capacity building. In time to come, THINK-B Student Entreprenreurship Clubs will be set up in the college campuses under the guidance of the respective Resource Persons, to enhance the effectiveness. Prof. Satyajit Majumdar, Dean and Professor, School of Management and Labour Studies was the Key Resource Person and was supported by Mr. Sujay Dixit, Vice President (Incubation & Excellence), and Mr. Aamod Chandratre, Associate Vice President (Incubation & Excellence).
