Lifetime experiences may be painful or encouraging: They are ones personal 'capital' , nobody can take them away from 'me'. Irrespective of any assessment, they are the seeds of 'my' personal growth and maturing. In this workshop we have a look at the relevance of our personal biography. We try to raise its “treasures” to become stronger for life and its challenges. We may look into our own biography to understand its course, patterns of other lives , personality types, values, body language, aspirations and dreams. We will use creative and meditative elements, body expression and techniques of psychodrama, to get a new or deepened perspective on our lives. We will work with Theme Centered Interaction (TCI), a group method facilitating an interactive, self directed process of personal growth
