Five years ago, on November 5, 2016, we started odX. This was a series of talks about organisation development, change and leadership (ODCL). Our intent was to host one speaker at each talk who would present futuristic ideas and innovative practices related to ODCL. Since that day, we have held several odX sessions at our campus in Mumbai ... for an audience of professionals, teachers and students of management.  

 

Today, precisely five years after its inaugural session, we are relaunching odX as a series of webinars. Our objectives remain the same, odX continues to be free, and all are invited. The eminent management guru, Prof. Kim S Cameron will speak on Positive Leadership.

 

Prof. Cameron's research has been published in more than 130 academic articles and 15 scholarly books. This includes work on organisational virtuousness, downsizing, effectiveness, corporate culture, and the development of leadership excellence. In his latest book (Positively Energising Leadership), Prof. Cameron shows how a leader's positive energy is more powerful in predicting organisation performance than any other factor.
