Dr. TV Rao is the Chairman of TV Rao Learning Systems and one of the “Fathers of HRD in India”. He (along with Dr. Udai Pareek) introduced the concept of Human Resources Development in India by starting the first HRD function at L&T. Dr. Rao is the Founder and First President of the National HRD Network, and the First Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD, India. He served as a Professor at IIM-A from 1973 to 1994. He has been an advisor to governments, international multi-lateral organisations, academic institutions, and corporations.
