I work on the cusp of the behavioural sciences between academia and practice, or vice versa; as it may seem to you. I am curious about unfolding human actions as individuals, groups, organisations and ecologies of institutions.

I was formerly General Manager Corporate HRD at Wipro, designing and delivering customised interventions within Wipro, it's afilliates and even between its clients and Wipro.
Am also Designated Partner of my own consulting firm that works on the application of the behavioural sciences.
In the past, have calibrated scales in Organisation Change Readiness, Learning Climate, Quality Climate, OD Behaviours, Problem Solving Approach, Customer Supplier Approach, Information Orientation Behaviour and Values, Management of Control, Task Based Management and written about Spirituality in Emerging Leadership processes. Have also studied relationships between Mission strategy, Organisation Structure and Posture, Roles Strain and Role Stress and Entrepreneurial Orientation.
Ongoing Research interests in Gestalt, Neurosciences, Preference Falsificiation, Emotional Agility, Cognitive Bias, Leadership, Team Effectiveness, Organisation Development and Sustainability Oriented Behaviours.
